On the top stair, I stood tall and perched my head up high as I could. Stretching the limit of every muscle in my body, to get a glimpse of the nighttime sky. As a young boy, messy-haired and dressed for bed - I stayed until I saw them.

Growing up in viewing distance of Disneyland’s fireworks, this was my nightly ritual. Being a dreamer was inevitable. The endless possibilities of imagination were a constant theme in my childhood, that have remained a source of inspiration throughout my life.

My name is Mark Damron. I have been many things. An artist, a musician, a designer, a developer, a leader, an entrepreneur. None more important than the other. All of which have taught me lessons about myself and the importance of connecting with people. Regardless of what I do, the heart of everything is telling an engaging story. User Experience, Branding, Marketing, Design, and Development - are the tools I use to tell these stories.

I build and lead inspired teams. Not because I choose individuals based on experience or education solely. Rather, I look for passion to learn, grow, and achieve. Within the sum of our parts, we become a team that constantly desires to be more. Rallied around a story, and the desire to reach people - together we create products people love.
